SELF check: How much sunscreen?

The Cancer Council recommends at least a teaspoon of sunscreen for each limb, the front and back of the body, and half a teaspoon for the face, neck and ears.

Since most of us don’t apply nearly that much, we’re being exposed to much more UV light than we think we are. We might not burn, but the UVA rays are still causing radicals to be released in our skin.
