Seven steps to sleep better

Train yourself to sleep better

Record your sleeping patterns and your thoughts surrounding sleep. Replace unhelpful thoughts about sleep with helpful, realistic ones and write them down. After four to six weeks, you should see some noticeable improvements in how much you sleep and what you feel about sleep.
