Check your stress level

Every year we encounter life-changing events that place us under stress. But just how much stress can a person handle before their health starts to decline? The Holmes-Rahe Scale works by adding up the stress units assigned to events experienced in a previous year.

A score of 300 or more means you have an 80% chance of developing a stress-related illness; 150-299 puts the risk at about 50%; while less than 150 puts you at low risk.
